Modifică sentinţa
DEC.1182-Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului împotriva sentinţei civile nr.7/9.01.2012 a Tribunalului Galaţi, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că pârâţii vor plăti drepturile solicitate aferente anului 2010 doar pentru perioada 1.01.2010 - 3.07.2010.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei civile recurate.
