Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de pârâta C.N.C.F "CFR" SA prin Sucursala "Centrul Regional de Exploatare, Întreţinere, Reparaţii C.F." Galaţi împotriva sentinţei civile nr.983/11.05.2012 a Tribunalului Galaţi.
Obligă pârâta recurentă către reclamanţii Poalelungi Maria, Miron Carmen, Iorga Valentina, Severin Costel, Iorga Sorin, Creţu Ion, Bîgu Gina, Bubuianu Petrica, Bubuianu Romi şi Popescu Rodica la câte 100 lei cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
