Încheiere - Din oficiu, îndreaptă eroarea materială din cuprinsul deciziei civile 1653/18.09.2012 pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Galaţi în sensul că:
Obligă pe recurenta-pârâtă să plătească intimaţilor-reclamanţi Roşu Liviu,Gheorghe Mioara,Roşu Gabriela Maria,Cristea Nuţa, Jinca Cătălin Marian,Cornea Cătălin Daniel,Babuşcă Daniela câte 100 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată în recurs, în loc de intimaţilor-reclamanţi.
Îndreptarea se va face în toate exemplarele hotărârii şi face corp comun cu aceasta. Irevocabilă.

DECIS 1653 Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de CNCF CFR SA Sucursala Centrul Regional de Exploatare,Întreţinere şi Reparaţii CF Galaţi împotriva sentinţei civile nr.984/11.05.2012 pronunţată de Tribunalul Galaţi.Obligă pe recurenta-pârâtă să plătească intimaţilor-reclamanţi câte 100 lei pentru fiecare, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
