Admite in parte cererea
Admite, în parte, acţiunea in contencios administrativ având ca obiect suspendare şi anulare act administrativ, formulată de către reclamanţi, în contradictoriu cu pârâtul CONSILIUL JUDEŢEAN TULCEA.
Dispune suspendarea până la rămânerea irevocabilă a hotărârii şi anularea Dispoziţiilor de imputare nr. 121-191 emise la data de 12.03.2012 de către Consiliul Judeţean Tulcea, numai în privinţa sumelor ce reprezintă drepturi speciale acordate potrivit C.C.M. 55/2009 în perioada 01.01.2010-01.06.2010.
