Admitere recurs

Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul Consiliul Local al Municipiului Botoşani. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1129 din 30.05.2012 pronunţată de Tribunalul Botoşani în dosarul nr. 1612/40/2012 în sensul că : Respinge acţiunea ca nefondată. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei civile atacate care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Anulează ca nemotivat recursul declarat de pârâtul Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 25 octombrie 2012.
