Respinge acţiunea ca nefondată.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
Anulează ca nemotivat recursul declarat de pârâtul Inspectoratul Şcolar al Judeţului Botoşani.
