Admite cererea formulată de Spitalul Clinic Judeţean de Urgenţă "Sf.Apostol Andrei" Galaţi.
Lămureşte dispozitivul deciziei civile nr.1542/R/3 dec.2010 a Curţii de Apel Galaţi în sensul că expresia "menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei" se referă la dispoziţiile privind respingerea :
"- ca nefondate a excepţiilor rămânerii fără obiect a cererilor privind sporul de încordare psihică de 15% şi a sporului de 100% pentru gărzile efectuate de medici.
- ca nefondate a capetelor de cerere privind plata sporului de 100% pentru zilele de gardă şi cel de 50% pentru lucrul în blocul operator, pentru reclamanţii Chicoş Ştefan şi Chebac Gica Rumina.
-ca nefondată cererea reclamanţilor pentru acordarea sporurilor şi pentru perioada ulterioară datei de 31.12.2009".
