Admitere recurs

Anulează ca nemotivat recursul declarat de către pârâtul Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Botoşani împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1162 din 5 iunie 2012 a Tribunalului Botoşani. Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul Consiliul Local al Municipiului Botoşani, jud. Botoşani împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe.. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1162 din 5 iunie 2012 a Tribunalului Botoşani şi, în rejudecare: Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea formulată de reclamanţi. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 28 noiembrie 2012.
