Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea.
Respinge excepţia inadmisibilităţii, ca nefondată.
Obligă pârâtele să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale reprezentând diferenţa dintre salariul calculat în funcţie de salariul de bază minim brut negociat prin contractul colectiv de muncă unic la nivel de ramură transporturi şi sumele efectiv încasate, pe perioada martie 2009-31.12.2010, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie de la data scadenţei şi până la data plaţii efective, proporţional cu perioada efectiv lucrată de fiecare reclamant.
Obligă pârâtele să plătească Sindicatului Mecanicilor de Locomotivă Galaţi suma de 3100 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată.
