Amână cauza
Se reia procedura de citare cu părtile, recurentii-reclamanti, fiecare cu menţiunea de a timbra recursul cu taxa de timbru în sumă de 24.7 lei şi timbru judiciar în valoare de 0,75 lei sub sancţiunea anulării recursului ca netimbrat şi cu menţiunea de a se prezenta la instanţă personal pentru a semna recursul, sub sancţiunea anulării recursului ca nesemnat potrivit art.3021 alin.1 lit.d coroborat cu art.133 Cod procedură civilă.
Admite cererea de amânare a judecării cauzei pentru studierea dosarului, formulată de avocatul intimatei-pârâtă.
Amână judecarea cauzei la data de 30 Ianuarie 2013.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi 05 Decembrie 2012.
