Încheiere
Admite cererea de îndreptare a erorii materiale. Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 9352/01.07.2011 pronunţată de către Tribunalul Dolj în dosarul nr. 2396/63/2009*, în sensul că "Obligă pârâtul Tribunalul Bucureşti să plătească sporul de suprasolicitare neuropsihică de 50% din salariul de încadrare, actualizat cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective, la care se adaugă dobânda legală în raport de data fiecărei scadenţe lunare şi până la momentul plăţii efective, către reclamanta Zidaru Daniela, aferent perioadei 01.07.2006 - 01.07.2007.", iar nu pentru perioada "01.02.2007 - 01.07.2007" cum greşit s-a reţinut. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
