Soluţionare
Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâtul Liceul de Artă Rm. Vâlcea să plătească reclamanţilor membrii de sindicat sumele reprezentând diferenţa pentru ajutorul financiar pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi sau programe informatizate pe suport electronic necesare îmbunătăţirii activităţii didactice în învăţământul preuniversitar, prev. de art.315/2006, aferent anului 2009 şi suma efectiv plătită; a ajutorului financiar din anul 2010 corespunzător perioadei în care legea a fost în vigoare, respectiv până la data de 3.07.2010, sume actualizate până la data plăţii efective în funcţie de rata inflaţiei. Obligă pe pârâtul Inspectoratul Şcolar să aloce aceste sume către L***** D* A*** R* V*****. Obligă pe pârâtul MECTS să aloce Inspectoratului Şcolar Vâlcea sumele necesare plăţii. Obligă pe pârâtul MFP să vireze în bugetul MECTS sumele necesare plăţii. Definitivă. Cu recurs.
