Admite recursul. Modifică în parte hotărârea atacată în sensul că admite în parte contestaţia formulată împotriva tabelului preliminar, în ceea ce priveşte creanţa creditoarei SC Raiffeisen Leasing IFN SA. Dispune trecerea în tabelul preliminar a acestei creditoare cu o creanţă chirografară provizorie de 12.649,32 lei şi o creanţă chirografară provizorie de 247.002,22 lei. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale hotărârii atacate. Irevocabilă.
