Modifică sentinţa
DECIS 1928 Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul C******** L**** G***** împotriva sentinţei civile 1522/05.07.2012 pronunţată de Tribunalul Galaţi, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că înlătură obligaţia Consiliului Galaţi de a emite decizie de reîncadrare. Menţine celelalte prevederi ale sentinţei.
