Admitere recurs
Admite recursul declarat de pârâtul MFP - prin DGFP Suceava. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 2549 din 8.12.2011 a Tribunalului Suceava şi, în rejudecare: Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului MFP. Respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţi faţă de acest pârât ca inadmisibilă. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
Cu opinie separată în sensul respingerii recursului ca nefondat.
