Admite cererea
Admite cererea formulată de reclamanta Dragu Consela-Carmen domiciliată în Mărăşeşti, str. republicii, bl. P3, ap. 15, judeţul Vrancea în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Societatea Naţională de Transport Feroviar de Călători – CFR CĂLĂTORI SA cu sediul în Bucureşti, B-dul Dinicu Golescu, nr. 38, sector 1 şi Societatea Naţională de Transport Feroviar de Călători „CFR CĂLĂTORI” SA - Sucursala Transport Feroviar Călători Galaţi, cu sediul în Galaţi, str. Domneasca, nr. 51, judeţul Galaţi.
Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în sentinţa civilă nr. 684/25.09.2012 pronunţată de Tribunalul Vrancea în dosar nr.3417/91/2012, în sensul că se va trece numele corect al reclamantei ca fiind „Dragu Consela-Carmen” în loc de „Dragu Cornelia-Carmen”, cum din eroare s-a menţionat.
Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi 05.02.2013.

Admite cererea
Respinge ca neîntemeiate excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive şi excepţia inadmisibilităţii acţiunii.
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâta Societatea Naţională de Transport Feroviar de Călători – CFR Călători SA să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile băneşti reprezentând diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale încasate (incluzând salariul de bază, indemnizaţii, sporuri, adaosuri, alte sume acordate în temeiul raporturilor de muncă) şi drepturile salariale cuvenite fiecărui reclamant prin determinarea acestora pornind de la un salariu minim brut de bază de 700 lei, pe perioada 01.06.2009 – 31.12.2010, drepturi ce urmează a fi actualizate cu rata inflaţiei de la data la care trebuiau plătite lunar şi până la efectiva achitare.
Obligă pârâta Societatea Naţională de Transport Feroviar de Călători – CFR Călători SA să plătească fiecărui reclamant cheltuieli de judecată în cuantum de 80 de lei.
