Admite cererea
Admite cererea. Obligă pârâţii la calculul şi plata către reclamanţi a diferenţelor de drepturi salariale neacordate în perioadele efectiv lucrate rezultate din neaplicarea Legii 221/2008, reprezentând diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 221/2008 de aprobare a O.G. 15/2008, actualizate în raport cu rata inflaţiei aplicabilă la data plăţii efective. Fără cheltuieli de judecată.
