Admis recurs

Dec.288/R - Admite recursurile declarate de inculpatul V***** L**** V******* şi de părţile civile SC Dacia Tour SRL, SC Biroul de Turism pentru Tineret SA şi SC Atbad SA Tulcea, casează în totalitate decizia penală nr. 7/29.03.2012 pronunţată de Tribunalul Bucureşti Secţia a II-a Penală şi trimite cauza la aceeaşi instanţă pentru rejudecarea apelurilor. Respinge ca tardiv recursul declarat de partea civilă SC Sabina Trading Company SRL, pe care o obligă la 300 lei cheltuieli judiciare către stat. Cheltuielile judiciare ocazionate de soluţionarea recursurilor declarate de inculpatul V***** L**** V******* şi de părţile civile SC Dacia Tour SRL, SC Biroul de Turism pentru Tineret SA şi SC Atbad SA Tulcea rămân în sarcina statului. Onorariul apărătorului din oficiu pentru asistenţa judiciară acordată inculpatului în cuantum de 200 lei se va avansa din fondurile Ministerului Justiţiei. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, 12 februarie 2013.
