Soluţionare

Respinge exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive invocata de Ministerul Finanţelor. Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâta nr. 1 să plătească reclamanţilor membrii de sindicat sumele reprezentând ajutorul financiar prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006, aferent anului 2010, pe perioada până la 03.07.2010, actualizate la data plăţii. Obligă ceilalţi pârâţi să aloce şi să vireze fondurile necesare pentru plata sumelor la care a fost obligată pârâta nr. 1.
