Admis fond în parte

S2091 Constată prescris dreptul la acţiune al reclamanţilor pentru luna iunie 2009. Admite în parte cererea. Obliga pârâţii să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele dintre drepturile salariale calculate la nivelul salariului de baza minim brut de 700 lei, conform art. 41 alin. 3 lit. a) din Contractul Colectiv de Muncă unic la nivel de ramura transporturi pe anii 2008-2010 şi drepturile salariale efectiv plătite, pe perioada 02.07.2009 - 31.12.2010, sume care vor fi actualizate raportat la rata inflaţiei. Definitivă. Cu recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
