Modifică sentinţa

Dec. 11081 - Admite recursul. Modifică sentinţa, în sensul că respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a Consiliului Local Slatina şi Primarului Municipiului Slatina şi admite acţiunea faţă de Liceul cu Program Sportiv Slatina. Obligă intimatul -unitatea de învăţământ la reîncadrarea salarială a reclamanţilor, începând cu data de 01.01.2010, potrivit dispoziţiilor Legii nr. 330/2009 luând în considerare salariul de bază aferent lunii decembrie 2009, rezultat din aplicarea Legii 221/2008, şi la plata diferenţelor dintre drepturile salariale efectiv încasate şi drepturile salariale astfel stabilite, de la data de 01.01.2010 la zi, actualizate cu coeficientul de inflaţie la data plăţii efective. Obligă Consiliul Local Slatina şi Primarul să aloce fondurile necesare. Respinge acţiunea faţă de Inspectoratul Şcolar Olt. Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie a M.F.P. Irevocabilă
