Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de pârâţii Consiliul Local al oraşului Drăgăneşti Olt şi Primarul oraşului Drăgăneşti Olt – instituţia Primarului, şi respinge acţiunea faţă de aceştia.
Respinge acţiunea în conflict de muncă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentant legal Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Olt în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala cu cls. I-VIII Comani, având ca obiect plata premiului anual aferent anului 2010, ca neîntemeiată.
