Constată lipsa calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor C******** L**** A* C****** C********* şi Primarul comunei Curtişoara – instituţia Primarului, şi respinge acţiunea faţă de aceştia.
Respinge acţiunea în conflict de muncă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentant legal Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Olt în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala cu cls. I-VIII Curtişoara, având ca obiect plata premiului anual aferent anului 2010, ca neîntemeiată.
