Constată lipsa calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Consiliul Local al comunei Călui şi Primarul comunei Călui – instituţia Primarului, şi respinge acţiunea faţă de aceştia.
Respinge acţiunea în conflict de muncă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentant legal Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Olt în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala cu cls. I-VIII Călui, având ca obiect plata premiului anual aferent anului 2010, ca neîntemeiată.
