Respinge cererea
Hot. Nr. 2258. Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Consiliul Local al comunei Deveselu şi Primarul comunei Deveselu – Instituţia Primarului.
Respinge acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Consiliul Local al comunei Deveselu şi Primarul comunei Deveselu – Instituţia Primarului., ca fiind îndreptată împotriva unor persoane lipsite de calitate procesuală pasivă.
Respinge acţiunea formulată de Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Olt, în numele şi pentru reclamanţii membri de sindicat, în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala cu clasele I-VIII Deveselu, ca neîntemeiată.
