Respinge cererea

Hot. Nr. 2259. Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Consiliul Local al oraşului Corabia şi Primarul oraşului Corabia – Instituţia Primarului. Respinge acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Consiliul Local al oraşului Corabia şi Primarul oraşului Corabia – Instituţia Primarului., ca fiind îndreptată împotriva unor persoane lipsite de calitate procesuală pasivă. Respinge acţiunea formulată de Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Olt, în numele şi pentru reclamanţii membri de sindicat, în contradictoriu cu pârâta Grădiniţa cu Program Prelungit Nr.2 Corabia, ca neîntemeiată. Definitivă. Cu drept de recurs. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi 18.10.2012 la Tribunalul Olt.
