Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Consiliul Local al municipiului Slatina şi Primarul municipiului Slatina – instituţia Primarului, şi respinge acţiunea faţă de aceştia.
Respinge acţiunea în conflict de muncă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentant legal Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Olt în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala cu cls. I-VIII nr. 5 Slatina, având ca obiect plata premiului anual aferent anului 2010, ca neîntemeiată.
