Constată lipsa calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Consiliul Local al oraşului Corabia şi Primarul oraşului Corabia – instituţia Primarului, şi respinge acţiunea faţă de aceştia.
Respinge acţiunea în conflict de muncă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentant legal Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Olt în contradictoriu cu pârâta Colegiul Tehnic Danubius Corabia, având ca obiect plata premiului anual aferent anului 2010, ca neîntemeiată.
