Respinge cererea
Hot. Nr. 2267. Admite exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive a paratilor Consiliul Local Draganesti-Olt si Primarul Orasului Draganesti Olt, invocata din oficiu.
Respinge actiunea formulata in contradictoriu cu paratii Consiliul Local Draganesti-Olt si Primarul Orasului Draganesti Olt, ca fiind indreptata impotriva unor persoane lipsite de calitate procesuala pasiva.
Respinge actiunea reclam, in contradictoriu cu unitatea de invatamant parata (Liceul Teoretic Tudor Vladimirescu Draganesti-Olt) ca neintemeiata.
