Admite acţiunea .
Obligă pârâţii la calculul şi plata către reclamanţi a diferenţelor dintre drepturile salariale cuvenite, stabilite potrivit dispoziţiilor Lg. nr. 221/2008, Lg. nr.330/2009 şi Lg. nr. 285/2010, şi drepturile salariale achitate efectiv, pentru perioada 01.01.2010 – 13.05.2011, sumele urmând a fi actualizate în funcţie de rata inflaţiei până la data plăţii.
