Admite in parte cererea

Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocată de Consiliul Local Sector 1 şi Primarul Sectorului 1 - Instituţia Primarului şi respinge acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu aceşti pârâţi ,ca fiind formulată împotriva unor persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă. Admite în parte acţiunea. Obligă pârâta unitatea de învăţământ L***** T******* N****** I**** Bucureşti să aplice coeficientul de multiplicare 1= 400 lei ca baza de calcul a drepturilor salariale ale reclamanţilor salariaţi ai acesteia , proporţional cu perioada lucrată de fiecare şi la plata către reclamanţii salariaţi ai acesteia , proporţional cu perioada lucrată de fiecare, a diferenţelor salariale rezultate dintre salariile astfel calculate şi cele efectiv încasate pentru perioada 01.01.2010-12.05.2011,inclusiv, actualizate in functie de coeficientul de inflatie, la data platii efective Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie ,ca inadmisibilă. Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 20.03.2014.
