Respinge cererea

Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Consiliul Local al municipiului Fălticeni şi Unitatea administrativ-teritorială a municipiului Fălticeni invocată din oficiu. Respinge acţiunea formulată în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Consiliul Local al municipiului Fălticeni şi Unitatea administrativ-teritorială a municipiului Fălticeni ca fiind formulate în contradictoriu cu persoane lipsite de calitate procesuală pasivă. Respinge ca nefondată acţiunea promovată în contradictoriu cu restul pârâţilor. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
