Admite în parte cererea.
Obligă pârâtele să plătească reclamanţilor drepturile salariale reprezentând diferenţa dintre salariul calculat în funcţie de salariul de bază minim brut negociat prin contractul colectiv de muncă unic la nivel de ramură transporturi (700 lei) şi sumele efectiv încasate, pe perioada iunie 2009-31.12.2010, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie de la data scadenţei şi până la data plaţii efective, în funcţie de perioada efectiv lucrată de fiecare dintre reclamanţi.
Respinge ca nefondat capătul de cerere privind plata cheltuielilor de judecată.
