Respins fond

S 1781 Constată lipsa calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâţilor Consiliul Local al comunei Vîlcele şi Primarul comunei Vîlcele – instituţia Primarului, şi respinge acţiunea faţă de aceştia. Respinge acţiunea în conflict de muncă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentant legal Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Olt în contradictoriu cu pârâta Şcoala cu cls. I-VIII Vîlcele, având ca obiect plata premiului anual aferent anului 2010, ca neîntemeiată. Cu recurs. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi 25.09.2012.
