Amână cauza

Respinge ca nefondată excepţia prescrierii dreptului material la acţiune prevăzută de disp. art. 268 alin.1 lit. e din Codul muncii. Admite în parte cererea. Obligă pârâtele să plătească reclamanţilor ajutorul material cu ocazia sărbătorilor de Crăciun pentru anii 2009 şi 2010 în cuantum egal cu clasa 1 de salarizare corespunzătoare, prima pentru „Ziua Feroviarului” pentru anul 2010 în cuantum egal cu clasa 1 de salarizare corespunzătoare, ajutorul material cu ocazia sărbătorilor de Pa?te pentru anul 2010 în cuantum egal cu clasa 1 de salarizare corespunzătoare, precum şi salariul suplimentar pentru anul 2010 la nivelul salariului de bază de încadrare din luna decembrie a anului respectiv, sume ce urmează a fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţiei la data plăţii. Respinge capătul de cerere privind obligarea la plata dobânzii legale ca nefondat. Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
