Soluţionare
Admite acţiunea principală formulată de reclamanţi.
Obligă pârâta Grădiniţa cu program prelungit Traian Rm. Vâlcea la calcularea prin aplicarea coeficientului de multiplicare 1,000 la valoarea de 400,00 lei şi plata diferenţei dintre salariul efectiv încasat şi cel cuvenit, pentru perioada 01.01.2010– 13.05.2011, sumă ce va fi actualizată cu indicele de inflaţie şi dobândă legală aferentă la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâta Grădiniţa cu program prelungit Traian Rm. Vâlcea să efectueze rectificările corespunzătoare în registrul general de evidenţă al salariaţilor şi carnetele de muncă.
Ia act că reclamanţii renunţă la judecată faţă de pârâţii Municipiul Rm.Vâlcea şi Primarul Municipiului Rm.Vâlcea.
Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie.
Definitivă şi executorie.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, astăzi 12.11.2012, la sediul Tribunalului Vâlcea – Secţia I civilă.
