Admite cererea
Respinge, ca nefondată, excepţia privind prescripţia dreptului material la acţiune al reclamanţilor, invocată de pârâtă.
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor, salariul suplimentar aferent anilor 2008, 2009 şi 2010, actualizat în funcţie de indicele de inflaţie de la data efectuării plăţii.
