Admite cererea
Respinge excepţiile lipsei capacităţii procesuale de folosinţă si a lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocate de către C******** L**** G*****, ca nefondate.
Admite acţiunea civilă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentantul legal S********* Î************* P************* G*****.
Obligă pe pârâţii C******** L**** G***** si Colegiul Tehnic de Alimentaţie si Turism „Dumitru Motoc” Galaţi să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite prin aplicarea dispoziţiilor Legii nr. 221/2008, prin care s-a aprobat O.G. nr. 15/2008 începând cu data de 01.01.2010 pana la 13.05.2011, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
