Admite cererea
Respinge exceptia lipsa calitatii procesuale pasive invocate de catre Consiliul Judetean Galati.
Admite acţiunea civilă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentantul legal S********* Î************* P************* G*****.
Obligă pe pârâţii Consiliul Judetean Galati si Scoala Speciala „Constantin Pufan” Nr.2 Galati să calculeze si sa plătească diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite prin aplicarea dispoziţiilor Legii nr. 221/2008, prin care s-a aprobat O.G. nr. 15/2008 începând cu data de 04.11.2009 pana la 13.05.2011, corespunzator perioadei efectiv lucrate de fiecre reclamant in unitatea de invatamant, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii
