Amână cauza
Constată că la acest termen este lipsă de procedură cu recurenta SC Rollit Prodimpex SRL, care nu a fost citată pentru acest termen şi cu intimatele B**** C********* R*****, Banca Millenium, ART. Insolv SPRL şi AMT Servicii Insolvenţă SPRL, nefiind indicate sediile acestora la dosar;
Urmează a dispune citarea intimatelor cu copii ale motivelor de recurs, formulate de cele trei recurente.
Se vor comunica intimatelor prezente doar recursurile formulate de de recurenţii SC Rowa Dany SRL şi R***** L***** N******.
Se va pune în vedere recurentului R***** L***** N****** prin avocat să depună la dosar dovada comunicării motivelor de recurs către intimaţi. De asemenea se va pune în vedere recurentei SC Rowa Dany SRL să depună la dosar dovada comunicării motivelor de recurs către intimaţi.
Urmează a dispune citarea creditorilor înscrişi pe listele publicate în BPI, aflate la filele 16-18 din dosar, mai puţin a creditorilor salariaţi, care în cadrul dosarului de fond au fost reprezentaţi de mandatar Vlădilă Nicolae.
Pune în vedere intimatului Vlădilă Nicolae să depună la dosar copie de pe mandatul de reprezentare acordat de creditorii salariaţi.
Ia act de cererea recurentei de acordare a unui termen în luna decembrie şi de poziţia intimaţilor prezenţi, care nu se opun la această solicitare.
