Admite in parte cererea
Respinge excepţiile inadmisibilităţii formulării acţiunii si prescripţiei dreptului la acţiune invocate de parata.
Admite în parte acţiunea
Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor salariile suplimentar aferent anilor 2008 şi 2009 , actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective.
Respinge cererea privind plata salariilor suplimentare pentru anii 2010 şi 2011, a ajutorului material cu ocazia sărbătorilor de Paşte pentru anii 2009-2011, ajutorului material cu ocazia sărbătorilor de Crăciun pentru anii 2009-2011 şi a primei pentru Ziua Feroviarului pentru anii 2009-2011.
Respinge acţiunea formulata de U****** T********** '***** D* F***** I***, cu sediul in Iaşi, Piata Garii nr.1 in numele si pentru reclamantul NEAMTU D. DUMITRU in contradictoriu cu parata C******* N******** D* C** F***** C***** cu sediul in Bucureşti, sector 1, b-dul Dinicu Golescu, nr.38.
