Amână cauza
Respinge exceptiile lipsei capacitatii procesuale de folosinta si a lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive invocate de catre Consiliul Local Galati, ca nefondate.
Admite acţiunea civilă formulată de reclamanţi prin reprezentantul legal Sindicatul Învăţământului Preuniversitar Galaţi.
Obligă pe pârâţii Consiliul Local Galati si Scoala Gimnaziala nr.25 „Petru Rares” Galati să plătească reclamantilor diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite prin aplicarea dispoziţiilor Legii nr. 221/2008, prin care s-a aprobat O.G. nr. 15/2008 începând cu data de 01.01.2010 pana la 13.05.2011, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
