Dispune îndreptarea erorilor materiale strecurate în cuprinsul sentinţei civile nr. 2546/14.12.2012 pronunţată de Tribunalul Galaţi, în sensul că numele corect al reclamanţilor este Năstasă Vasile, Constantin Teodor-Valentin, A******** N*****************, Nedelcu Neculai. Cu recurs.

Admite in parte cererea
Respinge exceptiile prescrierii dreptului material la actiune, lipsei calitatii procesuale active a sindicatului, inadmisibilitatii actiunii.
Admite acţiunea in parte.
Obligă pe pârâte să plătească reclamantilor prima de „Ziua Feroviarului” pentru anul 2010, ajutorul material cu ocazia sarbatorilor de Paste si Craciun pentru anul 2010, ajutorul material cu ocazia sarbatorilor de Craciun pentru anul 2009, precum si la plata salariului suplimentar pentru 2010, sume actualizate cu rata inflatiei de la data scadentei pana la data platii.
Respinge capetele de cerere privind obligarea paratelor la plata tichetelor de masa si a sporului pentru munca in timpul noptii prestata in zilele de repaus sau de sarbatori legale.
