Dispune restituirea către petentul Tănase Ion Valentin a cauţiunii în sumă de 2000 lei, consemnată în dosarul nr. 6946/2/2012 al Curţii de Apel Bucureşti - Secţia a VI-a Civilă, prin recipisa nr. 3312090/1/23.10.2012 în valoare de 500 lei şi prin recipisa nr. 3324828/1/07.11.2012 în valoare de 1500 lei, emisede CEC - Bank Agenţia Lipscani. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.

Admite excepţia netimbrării recursului de către recurentul P****** A***** în raport de dispoziţiile art. 20 alin. 3 din Legea nr. 146/1997.
Se vor cita recurentele AIGA EASTERN EUROPE INVESTMENTS SARL, SC ROM ACTIVOS SOBRE PLANO SRL, Miles John Hackett, Philippa Gordon Hackett, Marc Jantzen, cu menţiunea achitării taxei judiciare de timbru în cuantum de 60 lei şi timbrul judiciar în valoare de 0,15 lei sub sancţiunea anulării recursurilor, ca netimbrate.
Stabileşte o cauţiune în cuantum de 2000 lei în sarcina recurenţilor Tănase Ion Valentin şi S* N** F****** S**, potrivit art. 7231 alin. 3 C.pr.civ. şi pune în vedere acestora să facă dovada consemnării la dispoziţia instanţei la termenul următor.
De asemenea, ia act că recurentul Tănase Ion Valentin a depus la dosar dovada consemnării unei cauţiuni în cuantum de 500 lei, urmând ca la termenul următor să facă dovada completării acesteia până la suma stabilită de către instanţă.
Prorogă pentru termenul următor punerea în discuţie a admisibilităţii în principiu a cererii de intervenţie accesorie formulată de către intervenienţii Bica Gheorghe Daniel, Comănescu Adrian Stelian, Drăghici Mircea, Drăghici Sevastiţa, Dron Dragoş, Dron Elena Denise, Curtamet Ergun, Postoaca Gheorghe Emanuel, Secuianu Mihai, Secuianu Mihaela şi SC CAFE DE ROI SRL.
