Admite cererea
Admis acţiunea.
Obligă pârâta să plătească fiecărui reclamant, diferenţa de salariu, dintre salariu de bază minim brut de 700 lei şi salariul brut efectiv plătit, pentru perioada 27.06.2009 - 31.12.2010 precum şi salariul suplimentar aferent anului 2010, sume ce se vor actualiza în funcţie de indicele de inflaţie de la data efectuării plăţii.
Obligă pârâta la plata dobânzilor legale aferebte drepturilor salariale neachitate, calculată începând cu data introducerii acţiunii şi până la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor suma de 3520 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată.
Definitivă.
