Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea.Obligă pe pârâtă să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa de drepturi neacordate de la 130 lei la contravaloarea în lei a 100 euro la cursul de schimb al BNR la data plăţii efective, reprezentând suma cuvenită reclamanţilor pe anul 2009 pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale. Obligă pe pârâtul ISJ Galaţi să acole unităţii şcolare sumele acordate prin prezenta hotărâre. Obligă pe pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării şi Inovării să aloce pârâtului ISJ Galaţi, sumele acordate prin prezenta hotărâre. Cu recurs
