Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea.
Obligă pe pârâta Şcoala Gimnazială „Dan Barbilian” Galaţi, să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa de drepturi neacordate de la 130 lei la contravaloarea în lei a sumei de 100 euro, calculată la cursul BNR din ziua efectuării plăţii, reprezentând suma cuvenită reclamantelor pe anul 2009, pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale.
Obligă pe pârâtul I.S.J. Galaţi să aloce pârâtei Şcoala Gimnazială „Dan Barbilian” Galaţi, sumele pretinse prin prezenta cerere.
Obligă pe pârâtul Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării şi Inovării să aloce pârâtului I.S.J. Galaţi sumele pretinse prin prezenta cerere.
