Admite cererea
Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive invocata de către C******** J******** G*****, ca nefondată. Admite acţiunea civilă formulată de reclamanta prin reprezentant legal S********* L**** „********* Galaţi.
Obligă pe pârâţii C******** J******** G***** si Şcoala Gimnaziala Speciala „Emil Garleanu”- Structura Profesionala Speciala „Paul Popescu Neveanu” Galaţi să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţa dintre drepturile băneşti efectiv încasate şi cele cuvenite prin aplicarea dispoziţiilor Legii nr. 221/2008, prin care s-a aprobat O.G. nr. 15/2008 pentru perioada 01.01.2010 pana la 13.05.2011, sume actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii.
