Respinge cererea
Hot. Nr. 535:Admite excepţia inadmisibilităţii în privinţa capetelor de cerere privind acordarea sporului de condiţii vătămătoare şi periculoase în cuantum de 15% şi sporului de 10% pentru condiţii nocive şi periculoase şi respinge acţiunea ca inadmisibilă.
Respinge acţiunea pe fond privind acordarea acestor sporuri sub formă de sumă compensatorie cu caracter tranzitoriu.
Cu recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 20 martie 2012, la Tribunalul Olt.
