În temeiul dispoziţiilor art. 274 C.pr.civ. obligă apelanţii, în solidar, la plata în favoarea intimatei-pârâte Mihăilescu Margareta Octavia a sumei de 500 de lei şi în favoarea intimaţilor-pârâţi Municipiul Constanţa prin Primar şi Consiliul Local al Municipiului Constanţa a sumei de 300 de lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată - onorariul apărătorului ales.
